Application Process
Minimum Requirements for Admission:
- Must be age 5 by August 1st of the year enrolling
Students who thrive at Innovation:
- Value community with students of various ages
- Desire to lean-in, grow and communicate

- Parents and Guardians are growth minded and willing to have positive conversations around how to support their Innovator in being their best self

Step 2 Tell us about your family:
Fill out an Interest form so we can learn a bit about you and your child(ren). Looking to join MOSAIC? Click this Interest Form.
Step 3 Take a Peek Inside Innovation
The Director of Innovation will reach out to set up a video call to connect and learn more about your family. From there, we’ll coordinate a time for you to tour Innovation.
Step 4 Join us for a trial
At the end of your tour we will discuss if joining now is an option or joining a waitlist is necessary. If joining is an option, a trial period of a month will be discussed and details shared at the tour and via email.

Checking for Open Space in Class and Waitlists:
The quality of education at our classes is very important, for this we keep the student to teacher ratio low. Unfortunately this doesn’t allow for many students, so make sure to register as soon as possible once you receive the links, class registration changes quickly.
If the program appears full:
When enrollment is full, we will send you a waitlist form, please fill in your information if you would like to be added. Participants on the waitlist will be contacted in the order they are received if a spot opens up.
- Spaces may become available last minute. Participation is not guaranteed for those who are on the waitlist.
- If you would like to be removed from our waitlist, please contact us.
- Up until the program begins, participants will have 24 hours to accept an open space before we email the next person on the waitlist. After the program start date, an open space will be offered to the first person to respond.
Fine Print Details:
Support and Safety
We are not currently staffed or equipped to provide special services for students with special needs (cognitive or physical disabilities, emotional issues, or behavior issues). Exceptions may be made if a parent or a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is willing to accompany the child during each weekly class. If you need a reference for a certified RBT, we are happy to connect you with a nearby group.
Payment and Refund Policies:
We know education can be an investment, so breaking up a big payment is always an option. You may choose to pay your tuition in monthly installments to be completed prior to the end of the year, with your registration or supply fee being required at the time of enrollment. This deposit is non-refundable in order to reserve your space in the program. Our cancellation policies are based on our investment into Innovation.
If you must cancel, within 24 hours of registration, you will be given a full refund. Anytime after 24 hours of registration AND during your child's first week of the program you will receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit or supply fee and pro-rated daily cost of attendance. During or anytime after your child's first week of the program, no refunds will be given. If you are paying on a payment plan you will still be responsible for paying the remainder of your scheduled payments, or you may opt to pay a one-time withdrawal fee equal to 75% of your remaining tuition.
Required Forms:
We will send a welcome email with steps to complete. We require that you complete all steps no later than one week before the first day of joining. Because of the ever changing nature of medical and other requested information, we require that this form be updated for each year that your child participates. Thank you for your understanding and updating as necessary.
Grants and Swaps
We are committed to accessibility. Innovation offers grants for new families who need tuition support. On the application, you may also share any skills you'd like to offer in a future swap; however, swaps are only considered after we’ve had at least six months to get to know your family. Our goal is to keep Innovation accessible while strengthening our community through trust and mutual support.
