Each day at Innovation Learning Lab follows a gentle rhythm that balances structure with freedom, creativity with calm, and learning with connection. Our daily flow helps Innovators feel grounded while giving them space to explore, create, and grow in community.
🌿 Monday Daily Flow
Our Monday Discovery & Outdoor Learning program invites Innovators to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with the world around them. The rhythm of the day balances structured exploration with open-ended play, helping learners grow their curiosity, creativity, and sense of wonder in nature.

9:00 AM | Arrival + Outdoor Free Play
Learners ease into the morning with unstructured outdoor time to move, connect, and explore freely.
10:00 AM | Morning Gathering + SEL
We begin our day in community — setting intentions, sharing gratitude, and engaging in a short social-emotional learning practice.
10:30 AM | Lunch + Outdoor Free Play
A mid-morning meal enjoyed picnic-style, followed by more time for play and imagination in nature.
12:00 PM | Nature Explorers Science Lab
Hands-on, inquiry-based science and nature exploration — from ecosystems and experiments to environmental art and storytelling.
1:00 PM | Free Play + Team Building
Guided challenges, nature games, and community-building activities that strengthen collaboration and creativity.
2:00 PM | Enrichment Classes
Rotating activities like art, music, movement, or environmental engineering designed to deepen curiosity and skill-building.
3:00–3:30 PM | Outdoor Free Play + Dismissal
We end the day the way we began — in community and connection, with plenty of time for reflection and free play before heading home.

9:55–10:10 | Arrival & Connection
Innovators arrive, greet friends, and settle in. Guides and families connect, check in, and prepare for the day ahead
10:15–11:00 | Launch
We begin every day together, sharing intentions, community updates, and a social-emotional learning (SEL) moment that helps everyone start grounded and focused
11:00–12:00 | Studios& Exploration
Innovators dive into hands-on projects, creative studios, and learner-led discovery. These Innovator voted classes might look like science experiments, art, engineering challenges, or outdoor exploration, always guided by curiosity and collaboration.
12:00–12:45 | Lunch & Free Play
Time to recharge! Innovators enjoy lunch together and plenty of time outside for play, friendship, and movement
12:44–1:45 | Afternoon Deep Dive
Innovator created classes continue, small groups form, and learning expands through deeper exploration, team activities, or nature-based discovery
1:50–2:00 | Land & Reflect
We close our day in circle, sharing highlights, gratitude, and reflections before heading home
2:00 | Dismissal
Families arrive, and Innovators share their day’s adventures!
2:00–4:00 | Optional Add-Ons (Fridays Only)
Extended-day Innovators dive into CAD & 3D Printing, TSI Tutoring, Math and English Tutoring, maker projects, or passion-based creations in our Innovation Labs
